We are now hiring a full-time SAAP Bilingual Case Manager II or III to join our North Center!
Communicate effectively with diverse populations with multi- or inter-disciplinary colleagues
Implement effective prevention strategies with fidelity
Work with school personnel to develop mutually beneficial programs for youth
Facilitate Youth Advisory Committee Meetings
Establish and maintain cooperative working relationships with those contacted through the course of work
Community Organizing and Communications
Conduct presentations and/or facilitate meetings
Conduct needs assessment for community substance abuse prevention including identifying and using existing relevant data and draw logical conclusions
Collect and report on work as required by funder
Write clearly and concisely
Keep abreast of resources which benefit program clients and insures that professional staff effectively utilize these resources with clients
Work independently under limited supervision and organize multiple work assignments
Work evenings and weekends as needed to attend youth events
Bachelor's Degree from an accredited college or university
Two to four years of post-degree related experience
Demonstrated ability to render advance level of service to clients
High level of judgement and decision making in a wide variety of client situations
Mobility for travel and a variety of community-based assignments
Ability to work effectively with diverse individuals and groups
Experience a plus: Marketing Campaigns and experience teaching/training in a classroom setting
