The QIDP/Case Manager is responsible for managing a caseload and developing a client-centered individual plan for each assigned client. The QIDP/Case Manager trains the DSP’s in the implementation of the Individual Service Plan. It is the responsibility of the QIDP/Case Manger to be familiar with and maintain all applicable program and agency rules and regulations. QIDP works with a team of Direct Service people, Employment Specialists, agency staff to ensure the client participates in community activities and employment and monitors their daily living skills. Promote and preserve Cultural Diversity. QIDP assists and provides support for clients with disabilities in developing positive relationships within community.
