The Behavioral Health Outpatient Counselor is responsible for the provision of counseling and case management services to a large caseload of clients who are diagnosed with persistent mental illness and are enrolled in Hesed House’s transitional housing program. The counselor will work with case management staff from Hesed House’s SEEDS program, as well as substance abuse treatment staff from Breaking Free to meet the treatment needs of homeless individuals in Aurora.
