The Patient Services Administrator in Case Management will be responsible for:
Managing daily operations related to billing, administrative procedures, budgets and personnel either through direct action, advice or as a liaison with other Manager and Director as appropriate.
Oversight of the care management programs and projects along with data management and reporting.
Managing workflows effectively and efficiently, maintaining cost effective procedures and policies with an eye to cost containment and optimization of resources.
To qualify, you must have:
A Bachelor's degree in business administration, health care administration or closely related field and a minimum of four years of related experience and/or Master's Degree with six months plus of experience.
The ability to manage workflows effectively and efficiently maintaining cost effective procedures and policies with an eye to cost containment and optimization of resources.
The analytical skills and judgment to interpret data and take the appropriate action in circumstances or situations.
The ability to communicate effectively both orally and in writing and provide empathy in difficult interpersonal situations.
This person will report exclusively to the department director.
