Qualification Requirements/Preferences: Education Certifications/Licensure Experience Physical Abilities Requirements include a California RN License, American Heart Association BCLS, BSN and CCM specialty certification. Master's degree to be completed within 3 years of start date. The ideal candidate will have 5-8 years' supervisory experience managing staff performing the UM/Case Management function. In addition to five years of acute case management experience, and five years of acute RN, M/S or ICU experience in an academic medical center. S/He must be a competent leader with a proven track record of successfully managing RN case managers in a large academic medical center.
