RN Case Manager – Full Time: Monday-Friday (8:30-4:30pm); No weekends or company holidays. Hybrid - Remote/Travel required. $76,000-86,000/yr.
Admissions Team Lead – Full Time: Variable Schedule of (4) 10hr shifts per week (8:30am-6:30pm); Some holiday and weekend coverage necessary. $90,000-100,000/yr.
Inpatient Unit RN –Full Time & Per Diem: Night Shift (7:00pm-7:30am); rotating days with every other weekend requirement. $87,500/yr.
RN Liaison - Full Time & Part-Time: 40 hours per week or 20 hours per week; Variable Schedule of 10hr shifts per week (8:30am-6:30pm); Some holiday and weekend coverage necessary. $78,000-83,000/yr.
On Call RN – Full Time: 40-45 hours per week; Evenings, Overnights, Weekends and Holidays (weekdays: 4:30pm-12:30am or 12:30am-8:30am; weekends: 8:30am-4:30pm, 4:30pm-12:30am or other combination). $90,000-100,000/yr.
Weekend Visit RN - Part Time: 30 hours per week; Friday 2:30pm-12:30am, Saturday & Sunday 10:00am-8:00pm (can be flexible during weekend hours). $43-50/hr.
Hospital Weekend Visit RN –Part Time: 24 hours per week; Saturday, Sunday and Monday 8:30am-4:30pm. $43-48/hr.

Requirements:
NYS RN License
Graduate from accredited nursing program
Valid NYS Driver's License with reliable transportation
At least 1-4 years of nursing in med/surg, oncology, ER, ICU or Critical Care preferred (Some positions require more RN experience)
Understanding of the death/dying process and willingness to work with those at end-of-life in non-judgmental fashion.
Hudson Valley Hospice is here to help when individuals in Dutchess and Ulster Counties are faced with a life-limiting illness. For more than 35 years, Hudson Valley Hospice has provided a wide range of programs and services for the patient and their loved ones that go beyond Medicare hospice requirements. These distinctive and specialized services are currently taking place in the home, nursing facilities and area hospitals, wherever a patient calls home.
Our specially trained interdisciplinary team comprised of physicians, hospice certified nurses, home health aides, social workers, music therapists, chaplains, grief and bereavement specialists, end of life doulas and volunteers come together to support the patient and their loved ones, offering programs, services and treatments that address comfort, pain and symptom management, spiritual care and grief and bereavement support, all designed to enhance the quality of life during a patient’s final months and weeks and support their loved ones.
