As an RN Case Manager with Medical, Cardiac and Critical Care floatation, you will be a central participant in the continual decision-making process. You will fully utilize your adeptness at communicating priorities, managing data and creative problem-solving as you assess, plan, implement, coordinate, monitor and evaluate the resources necessary to attain the best, most cost-effective outcomes.
As a Case Manager you will need to be available a minimum of two weekdays per mouth and for vacation coverage.
Coverage is needed for Saturday/Sunday and holidays.
