We are searching for Licensed Program Managers for Diane Ahrens Crisis Residence and Northside Residence. Our Diane Ahrens Crisis Residence is a 16-bed residential crisis program serving adults experiencing acute mental health crisis. The purpose of the program is to be an alternative to hospitalization by proving interventions that assist individuals in reducing symptoms and preparing for a safe return to the community. Our Northside Residence is a 8-bed male intensive residential treatment program focused on treating individuals with Opioid use disorders. Our services utilize evidenced-based practices and include a wide variety of interventions, including recovery based strategies and harm reduction strategies. Staff collaborative with each resident to develop individualized treatment goals and works toward an individualized vision of recovery.
The Licensed Program Manager plans, directs and coordinates mental health services at a program level through providing clinical direction, education and consultative guidance to staff regarding approach and services. Duties may include:
Creating a sense of community and team among program staff and clients
Overseeing diagnostic assessments and treatment plans and supporting client progress toward goals
Hiring and training staff
Managing team performance and program staffing schedules
Provide guidance to staff by evaluating client development plans and making recommendations
Facilitating clinical supervision meetings
Consulting on solutions for confidential or highly sensitive projects
Managing program budgets and ensuring financial protocols are followed
Partnering with senior leaders to analyze legislation, regulations or rule changes that may impact services
Master's degree in behavior science
Current and valid Minnesota license as an: LICSW, LP, LPCC or LMFT
Board approved to supervise candidates toward licensure
Three years (6,000 hours) experience in human services
Two years supervisory experience
Experience providing services to people with mental illnesses
Three years supervisory experience in mental health services
