The Associate Director for Residence Life is a member of the Housing & Residence Life leadership team and assists with the development and implementation of policies and procedures concerning residence hall services student conduct, crisis management and on call protocol within Housing & Residence Life. This position serves as the chief judicial officer for the Housing & Residence Life and is a liaison to the Office of Student Conduct and Community Standards, the Office of Equity and Inclusion, and the EKU police department. This position also oversees and develops procedures for the front desk operations of all residence halls and apartment complexes and is also responsible for the supervision of Residence Hall Coordinators and students.
One year of previous progressive related experience is required.
