Under the direction of the Program Manager, the Case Manager maintains family relationships according to DCFS polices, rules, and regulations while providing a safe, stable and nurturing environment to minors placed in custody of DCFS. Assesses client needs and provides services accordingly.
CWEL (Child Welfare Education for Leadership) Certification is required
Valid driver’s license and ownership of or ready access to an insured vehicle
Experience working with at-risk youth and families
