The On Call Case Manager will serve as an advocate, resource, reference, and support system for students in quarantine/isolation and those who are hospitalized or experiencing mental health emergencies. This position will work closely with the Student Care Coordinator and the Dean of Student Wellbeing to assist in supporting students and their families over the weekend. This position will coordinate and collaborate with the Health Center, University Counseling Center, Residence Life, The Academic Success Center, Sodexo food services and Bison Inn Staff to ensure students are supported and the correct information is communicated with the hospital and back to the university upon discharge. This position will work remotely. Position guaranteed through December 15 and will be reevaluated at the end of the fall semester.
