Clinical Case Manager
Carleton College
The Clinical Case Manager will provide students who access counseling services at Student Health and Counseling (SHAC) with triage and support, referrals and follow-up, including but not limited to students who present in psychosocial crisis or at elevated risk to themselves or others. Collaborate with health-care providers, staff in the Division of Student Life, faculty, academic advisors, chaplains, parents/families, community providers, and others to sustain a robust student referral/support network. This is a regular full-time, 40 hours per week, 10-months/year (0.83 FTE) benefit eligible position. Carleton College is an AA/EEO employer. The successful candidate has a Master’s degree in counseling or social work, or a related field. Minnesota licensure eligibility is also required.
