Galileo Search is partnering with a not-for-profit healthcare system to recruit a Manager of Case Management.
In this high-profile role, the selected candidate is responsible for planning, organizing, directing, and evaluating care given to the patients, including being admitted to the appropriate level of care in accordance with the vision and goals of the organization and regulatory guidelines as set by state and federal agencies.
This role includes assisting with fiscal management, human resource management, department operations, consultation, direct clinical intervention, and the department’s education. The Manager of Case Management will foster a supportive, professional environment for physicians, staff, and patients.

Reports to a highly supportive System Director of Case Management
Oversees 6 FTEs
Responsible for day-to-day operational management
Plan, promote, and implement quality assurance and quality improvement programs to enhance Care Management
Accountable for achieving financial targets
Execute and coordinate all activities related to compliance with legal, licensure, and accreditation requirements
Motivate personnel to meet performance and behavior expectations
Redirect priorities as issues are identified as needing immediate attention and or resolution
