Minimum Qualifications: Master's Degree in College Student Personnel, Education, Human Services, or related field. Minimum one (1) to three (3) years experience coordinating student learning activities in a higher education environment. Understanding of student retention issues, programs, policies, etc. Outstanding organizational, planning, communication, training, and interpersonal skills.
