Job Summary: This position reports directly to the Assistant Director of Student Health Services (SHS) and provides on-site primary care and case management services including in-depth health assessment and treatment for common health problems of students. The incumbent will manage complex cases and serve as a strong and knowledgeable liaison between other University student support services and coordinating the efforts of the University case manager, psychological counselors, office of disability services, dean of students, and Athletics departments (and others)– all in support of student wellbeing and success.Clinical decision making for identified health problems is done in consultation with a backup physician following joint
