We are seeking a Case Manager for Undergraduate Students. This position will be reporting to the Assistant Director of Student Outreach & Support and working as part of the Student Outreach & Support team, the Case Manager maintains high student contact and a student caseload to address the needs of students. This Case Manager will work to support all students at JHU, with a specific concentration supporting students who are leaving and/or returning from a Medical or Emergency Leave of Absence. Case Manager maintains high student contact and a caseload to address the needs of students who have problems in areas such as physical or mental health, finances, family and interpersonal concerns and social adjustment that may affect their academic performance or other aspects of their JHU experience, using a variety of interventions, referrals and follow up services.

Responsibilities will include student contact via regular meetings, triage, case management, and collaboration and consultation with colleagues and faculty within the Division of Student Affairs, University Administration, the Krieger School of Arts & Sciences and the Whiting School of Engineering.

While strong, supportive relationships may develop with students, the Case Manager does not engage in individual therapeutic relationships.
