We are seeking a Case Manager for Undergraduate Students. This position will be reporting to the Assistant Director of Student Outreach & Support and working as part of the Student Outreach & Support team, the Case Manager maintains high student contact and a student caseload to address the needs of students. This Case Manager will work to support all students at JHU, with a specific concentration supporting students who are leaving and/or returning from a Medical or Emergency Leave of Absence.
