Case Manager, LTSS - non-RN - IDD Population
JOB DESCRIPTIONOpportunity for a an experienced Case Manager to work with our IDD members. Previous experience with this population is highly preferred. Hours are 8 AM - 5 PM, Monday through Friday and we offer mileage reimbursement as part of our benefit package. Meeting with the members in their homes will be part of the responsibilities of this role.
