SUD Case Manager
The SUD Case Manager position is part of the Behavioral Health Services team at the 1930 Market Street Service Center and is responsible for providing case management services to individuals and groups who have substance use disorders, potential co-occurring mental health disorders and/or are living with HIV/AIDS. This position is part of a larger multidisciplinary behavioral health services team that includes psychiatrists, nurses, social workers, therapists, substance use counselors, case managers and psychologists. This position provides case management services to individuals living with co-occurring diagnoses of substance use issues, mental health issues and medical issues, within a Harm Reduction philosophy.
