The Child Care Access Means Parents in School (CCAMPIS) Case Manager will provide a variety of leadership duties to Tarleton student parents, including helping student parents access affordable childcare and budget reconciliation. The Program Manager will work in collaboration with Student Resources and Basic Needs and its various collaborators, as well as with off-campus childcare agencies to manage services and maximize student success and access. This may also include coordinating extended hours and evening childcare to best meet student-parent needs.
This position is located in Fort Worth, Texas. Work hours are Monday through Friday from 8am-5pm or as work requirements indicate including some weekends and/or evenings.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
40% Program Administration: Â Provide supervision of CCAMPIS program staff (e.g., graduate students, student workers, additional program staff). Coordinate periodic staff meetings and provide status updates on the program to the Director of Student Resources and Basic Needs. Maintain CCAMPIS program calendar. Maintain/update CCAMPIS program and social media outlets. Prepare and complete Annual Performance Reviews for the CCAMPIS program. Maintain reporting databases for the CCAMPIS program including data related to participant characteristics, program usage, student success, and persistence. Work closely with CCAMPIS evaluator related to the needs of the program. Monitor grant spending. Establish and manage purchase orders for partner childcare centers. Provide monthly reports related to the utilization of CCAMPIS-funded services
30% Child Care Center Support: Establish regional partnerships with childcare centers in support of the childcare needs of Tarleton students. Establish and maintain business relationships with partner childcare providers or with current providers to join the network for family support. Ensure partner center quality through annual site visits to partner centers. Maintaining information related to licensure and accreditation of partner childcare centers. Assist in the accreditation process for partnering childcare centers.
20% CCAMPIS Program Marketing: Work with Tarletonâ™s Student Media on the development of marketing materials. Establishing relationships with Tarleton organizations to support the dissemination of CCAMPIS program information. Maintaining/analyzing surveys related to potential interest in CCAMPIS funding for both prospective and existing Tarleton students. Establish relationships with community-college-based CCAMPIS programs for purposes of transitioning prospective transfer students to Tarleton. Act as a liaison with Tarleton admissions and financial aid.
10% Additional Duties: Remain current and trained on standard and best practices, emerging strategies and interventions, and research at the local, state, federal, and international levels, supporting the reduction of threats to the campus community and connecting students of concern to the supports necessary to enable their retention and success. Identify and apply for funding opportunities that address childcare needs.
Required Education & Experience:
Required Knowledge, Skills & Abilities:
Grant writing experience.
Excellent computer skills (including Excel).
Ability to relate to other staff and foster teamwork.
Ability to organize multiple tasks.
Ability to establish goals and workload priorities and work cooperatively with others.
Effective oral and written communication skills.
Collaborative approach to the cultivation and maintenance of relationships among a variety of internal and external partners.
Preferred Qualifications:
Masterâ™s Degree.
One (1) to two (2) years administrative experience.
Experience with reporting requirements and needs assessment.
Experience in grants management and budget experience.

Salary: Commensurate with experience
Salary Range:
The target base annual salary range is $49,000 to $68,330.50 and may be negotiable based on funding availability and candidate experience/skillset in relation to the minimum requirements of this position.
