Compensation:
Pay Range: $70,425.00 - $114,440.00 / year

The new UAB Rehabilitation Pavilion will include 78 rehabilitation beds and the latest technology - all designed to promote functional activity at every turn. Job Description:

To coordinate care services, conduct utilization review and provide case management for Spain Rehabilitation Center patients in a cost effective manner. To orient and support the patient and family to the rehabilitation process. To assess patient's status. To coordinate and facilitate discharge planning. To effectively transition the patient through the continuum of care.
