The Acute Surgical Inpatient Unit Case Manager reports to the unit nurse manager. They will provide high quality, coordinated care that is delivered in a consistent manner. They will assist eligible Servicemembers and Veterans, who have complex surgical care needs with system navigation, care coordination, and biopsychosocial rehabilitation.
