Ticket Manager - CASE
Serve as a member of the ticket office team that is committed to excellence and advancing the Mershon Auditorium and the Schottenstein Center through its strategic plan. Manage ticketing operations for non-Wexner Center events at Merson Auditorium, in addition to supporting any CASE events, as assigned. Responsible for the development of seating manifests, ticket pricing and seating configurations, as well as the programming and modification of all computerized ticket information through communication with facility staff, promoters, and ticketing providers for Mershon Auditorium.
